Amendment of section 17
The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 17 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) In this section, “Minister” means —
(a)
for the purposes of sections 3 and 10 and regulations made under section 14(1), the Minister for Home Affairs; or
(b)
for the purposes of sections 6 to 9 and regulations made under section 14(2), the Minister for Finance.”.
