Feedback & supportA licensed private investigation agency or a licensed security agency shall not issue to its employees or permit them to use any uniform, badge, emblem, two-way radio communication equipment, handcuffs, truncheon, siren, mechanical or electronic device or other equipment without first obtaining the prior approval in writing of the licensing officer.
