Offences

Any person who —
(a)
contravenes regulation 5(1), 6(1) or 8(1), (3) or (5); or
(b)
fails to comply with the requirements of a notice under regulation 9 which has been served on him,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
