25. Amendment of register of professional engineers

The Registrar must —
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Board, and includes any individual acting in that capacity;
amend the register of professional engineers when there is any alteration which may come to the Registrar’s knowledge in the name, address or other relevant particulars of any registered professional engineer;
register of professional engineers
“register of professional engineers” means the register of professional engineers kept by the Board under section 13(1)(a);
correct any error in any entry in the register of professional engineers; and
remove from the register of professional engineers the name of any person —
whose name has been ordered to be removed under any provision of this Act; or
who is dead.[17A
