Section 62
(1)
The Minister may, by order and subject to any conditions that the Minister thinks fit, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Any order made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[37
