Clause 18
Section 51 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the word “street” in the second line of subsection (1), the words “building, an estate or a”;
(b)
by deleting the words “in any street” in the third line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “on any house, building, structure or post in or near that building, estate or street”;
(c)
by inserting, immediately before the word “street” in the fifth line of subsection (1), the words “building, estate or”;
(d)
by deleting “$500” in the sixth line of subsection (1) and substituting “$1,000”; and
(e)
by deleting “$500” in the seventh line of subsection (2) and substituting “$1,000”.
