Clause 24

Section 68(1) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraphs:“(ca)prescribing the fees to be paid in respect of any appeal to the Board;

(cb)providing for the procedure and manner in which costs in respect of appeals to the Board are to be taxed or determined;”.
