This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 11th May 2011.
The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule.
Item (3) in the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 15) is deleted.
