20. Regulations

(1)
The Minister may make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act, except any matter —
(a)
for which Rules of Court may be made under section 19; or (b)mentioned in subsection (2).
(2)
For the purposes of section 13B, the Minister charged with the responsibility for health may make regulations relating to the treatment of a person under a mandatory treatment order.
