Citation and commencement

This Order is the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026.

Amendment of Schedule

In the Protection from Harassment (Public Service Worker) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 750/2014), in the Schedule, in Part 2, in paragraph 1, in the definition of “specified terminal or pier” —

(a)

delete paragraphs (c) and (g); and

(b)

after paragraph (g), insert —“(ga)Singapore Cruise Centre (Harbourfront);”.
