Definitions
In these Regulations —“board”, in relation to a variation or cancellation of a Grant of Aid, means a board (consisting of the Chief Public Defender and at least 2 solicitors appointed to an appropriate panel of solicitors established under section 4 of the Act) mentioned in section 12(1)(c)(ii) of the Act;“Provisional Grant of Aid” means a Grant of Aid issued on a provisional basis under section 12(4) of the Act;“working day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
