Regulation 11
Special notice of election meeting or election procession
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 6A(1) of the Act, special notice of an election meeting or election procession must be given to the Commissioner together with the advance notice in the same manner mentioned in regulation 5(1).
Subregulation 2
Special notice of an election meeting or election procession must be in the form approved by the Commissioner.
Subregulation 3
For the purposes of section 6A(1) of the Act, special notice of an election meeting or election procession must contain the following information:
the name, address, telephone number of the organiser of the election meeting or election procession, and the identity card number of the individual who is the organiser or representing the organiser;
the name of the election meeting or election procession;
an estimate of the maximum number of participants at any time during the election meeting or election procession;
the location of the election meeting or the route of the election procession, whichever being applicable;
the date and time when the election meeting or election procession will start and end;
a brief description of the election meeting or election procession programme.
