10. Seizure of certain articles

Any police officer may in a proclaimed area seize and take possession of any article or material capable of being, and which in his opinion is likely to be, used for offensive purposes.

“police officer” includes an auxiliary police officer and a special police officer appointed in accordance with any written law for the time being in force;

Any article or material seized under this section shall be disposed of in such manner as the Minister may order.
