Citation and commencement
This Order is the Public Order (Special Notice — Exemption) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 October 2017.
Exemption
Section 6A of the Act does not apply to any event organiser of an event —
which is to be held before 29 October 2017; or
in the case of an event taking place over a period, which starts before 29 October 2017.
