19. Saving for other written law
Feedback & supportTo avoid doubt, this Division does not affect any requirement in the Constitution for the concurrence of the President to an appointment or a removal of the chief executive of a public body in the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution.

“chief executive”, in relation to a public body, means the individual (however designated) who is appointed as the chief executive officer of the public body, and includes any individual acting in that capacity temporarily;
