29. Procedure generally
Feedback & supportThe members of a public body must regulate their own procedure in accordance with —
public body
Defined · s 2
“public body” means a body corporate established by a public Act for the purposes of a public function but excludes a Town Council established under section 4 of the Town Councils Act 1988;
(a)
this Act; and
(b)
any other specific requirements prescribed by any other Act not inconsistent with this Act.
