This Order is the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Schedule

In the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3), in the Schedule, in item 22, in the first and second columns, replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
