Modifications to Regulations
Except as otherwise provided, regulations 21 and 22, insofar as they relate to appeals from a Personnel Board to the Appeals Board, shall apply, with the necessary modifications, to every reference on appeal to the Commission as if the references therein to a Personnel Board are references to the Appeals Board.
