Regulation 26

Powers not affected by vacancy, etc.

The powers of a Personnel Board or the Appeals Board shall not be affected by —

(a)

any vacancy in the membership thereof;

(b)

any defect in the appointment or qualification of a person purporting to be a member thereof; or

(c)

any minor irregularity in the convening of any meeting thereof.
