reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of paragraph 2

In the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) (called in this Order the principal Order), in paragraph 2(1), in the definition of “General Services”, in paragraph (j), replace “(Trade and Industry)” with “(Energy, Trade and Industry)”.

reg 3Amendment of First Schedule

In the principal Order, in the First Schedule, in item 2, in the second column —

(a)

in paragraph (b), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”; and

(b)

in paragraph (c)(iv), replace “(Trade and Industry)” with “(Energy, Trade and Industry)”.

In the principal Order, in the Second Schedule, in item 1, in the second column, in paragraph (b), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
