Clause 24

Related amendments to Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act

(1)

Section 11(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 158A) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “section 6(1)(r)”, the words “and of financial penalties referred to in section 19(2) of the Rapid Transit Systems Act (Cap. 263A)”.

(2)

Section 13A of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any financial penalty imposed” in subsections (1)(e)(ii) and (2)(g)(ii), the words “before the date of commencement of section 11 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “all financial penalties imposed” in subsection (1)(f), the words “before the date of commencement of section 11 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015”.
