Clause 22

Amendment of First Schedule

The First Schedule to the principal Act is amended by renumbering paragraph 1 as sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:“(2) The Minister may appoint the Chief Executive to be a member of the Council.”.
