Amendment of paragraph 17

Regulation 3
In the principal Order, in paragraph 17 —
(a)
in sub‑paragraphs (1) and (2), after “paragraph 18”, insert “and sub‑paragraph (3)”; and
(b)
after sub‑paragraph (2), insert —“(3) The advance booking fee must be the same for every journey in a standard taxi or premium taxi (as the case may be) regardless of the time at which the hiring of the taxi starts.”.
