Subregulation 1
In the principal Order, in paragraph 2(1) —
(a)
in the definition of “bookable driver”, replace “Part V of the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276)” with “Part 5 of the Road Traffic Act 1961”;
(b)
in the definition of “exempt ride‑hail service operator”, delete “(Act 20 of 2019)”; and
(c)
in the definition of “taxi driver”, replace “Part V of the Road Traffic Act” with “Part 5 of the Road Traffic Act 1961”.
Subregulation 2
In the principal Order, in the following provisions, after “Road Traffic Act”, insert “1961”: Paragraph 19(b) Paragraph 20(b).
