Regulation 10
Contract ride‑hail fare components
The contract ride‑hail fare for an on‑demand passenger transport service provided using a bookable vehicle for a journey and booked through a ride‑hail industry participant taking or facilitating the booking of that bookable vehicle, must consist of —
(a)
a basic hiring charge for the journey in paragraph 9; and
(b)
all or any of the additional fees or charges in paragraph 11,and no other fare component.
