Subregulation 1
In the principal Order, in paragraph 2(1) —
(a)
in the definition of “public taxi stand”, replace “(Cap. 276)” with “1961”; and
(b)
in the definition of “taxi driver”, replace “Part V of the Road Traffic Act” with “Part 5 of the Road Traffic Act 1961”.
Subregulation 2
In the principal Order, in the following provisions, delete “paragraph 5 and”: Paragraph 7(1) and (3) Paragraph 13(1) Paragraph 14(1) Paragraph 17(1) Paragraph 19(1) and (2).
