Refund, waiver or reduction of fees or interest

The Council may, in any particular case —
(a)
refund, in whole or part, any fee mentioned in or any interest payable under these Regulations that has been paid; or
(b)
waive or reduce, in whole or part, any fee mentioned in or any interest payable under these Regulations.
