Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Trustee (Rate of Interest under Section 12(1)) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Trustee (Rate of Interest under Section 12(1)) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2013.
Appointment of rate of interest
For the purpose of section 12(1) of the Act, the rate of interest payable to the respective estates the moneys of which form part of the common fund shall be 1.81% per annum for the year 2013.
