Regulation 27

If within one month from the date of the application under section 22(1) of the Act, no solicitor or public accountant shall have been appointed by the applicant and the trustees to conduct the investigation and audit, there shall be deemed to be a default of agreement within the meaning of that section and the applicant may apply to the Public Trustee accordingly.
