39. Interpretation

In this Part, “the water, gas and electricity undertakings of the City Council” means the installations of the Water, Gas and Electricity Departments of the City Council and all lands, buildings and other property, movable or immovable, vested in and held by the City Council for the purposes of those Departments, and includes all assets, powers, rights, interests and privileges as well as debts, liabilities and obligations of the City Council in connection therewith or appertaining thereto.
