49. Exemption

The Board may, by notification in the Gazette, exempt from all or any of the provisions of this Part —
(a)
any electrical or supply installations owned and operated by the Board, the Government or any statutory authority;
(b)
any electrical or supply installations used exclusively for domestic purposes;
(c)
such other electrical or supply installations as the Board may consider desirable.
