4. Common seal
Feedback & supportAs from 1st October 1995, the Board shall continue to have a common seal and the seal may, from time to time, be broken, changed, altered and made anew as the Board thinks fit.

“Board” means the Public Utilities Board established under the Public Utilities Act in force before 1st October 1995 and continued by section 3;
