4. Common seal

As from 1 April 2001, the Board continues to have a common seal and the seal may be broken, altered or made anew as the Board thinks fit.

“Board” means the Public Utilities Board reconstituted under the Public Utilities Act in force before 1 April 2001 and continued by section 3;

All courts, judges and persons acting judicially are to take judicial notice of the common seal of the Board affixed to any document and presume that it was duly affixed.
