43. Suspension of approval

The Board may suspend any approval given under section 41 for such period as it considers reasonable if it is of the opinion that the suspension is in the public interest or in the interests of public safety.

“Board” means the Public Utilities Board reconstituted under the Public Utilities Act in force before 1 April 2001 and continued by section 3;

The Board shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any person by such suspension.
