Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1997.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1997.
Prescribed articles
The articles set out in the Schedule are prescribed articles for the purposes of Part IV of the Public Utilities (Electricity) Regulations 1997.
Cancellation
The Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles-Consolidation) Notification (N 2) and the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification (N 5) are cancelled.
