Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2001.

Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2001.
Electricity supply wattage for special agreements
Any person who requires a supply of electricity where the maximum power to be made available to the person at any time exceeds 2 megawatts may, in accordance with section 54 of the Public Utilities Act (Cap. 261), enter into a special agreement with a public electricity supplier for such supply on such terms as may be specified in the agreement.
Cancellation
The Public Utilities (Electricity Supply Wattage for Special Agreements) Notification (N7) is cancelled.
