Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Fees) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 30 April 2015.

The fee payable under section 57(2) of the Act for a copy of any plan or record referred to in section 57(1)(a) of the Act is $3.55.

The fee for answering a legal requisition for any property concerning any matter under the Act and the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999 is $16.90.

Remission or refund of fees

The Board may, as the Board thinks fit, remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under these Regulations.
