34. Threats to commit offence under section 32 or 33

Any person who threatens to —
(a)
use nuclear material to cause substantial damage to the environment; or
nuclear material
Defined · s 2
“nuclear material” has the meaning given in the First Schedule;
(b)
commit an offence under section 33,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years.[26DC
