Section 65

Fines for entering carriages in motion or riding on the steps

Any passenger who gets into or upon or attempts to get into or upon or quits or attempts to quit any carriage upon a railway while that carriage is in motion, or who rides or attempts to ride upon the railway on the steps or any other part of a carriage, except on those parts which are intended for the accommodation of passengers, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20 for each offence.
