22. Appeal

(1)
Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Corporation under section 21 may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.

“Corporation” means the Mass Rapid Transit Corporation established under section 3;

An appeal under this section shall be instituted within 14 days after such person has been given the notice in writing referred to in section 21.[16F
