59. Service of documents
Feedback & supportWithout prejudice to any other provisions of this Act, any notice or other document required or authorised to be given to or served on any person for the purposes of this Act or any proceedings thereunder before the Compensation Board may be personally given to or served on that person or may be sent to him by registered post.[47
