These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 23 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 2

In the Rapid Transit Systems (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 508/2010), in regulation 2, replace “section 23A(3)” with “section 23A(6)”.
