Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 13th September 2010.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 13th September 2010.
Compoundable offences
An offence under section 23A(3) or 23B(11) of the Act may be compounded by the Chief Executive of the Authority, or any officer of the Authority who is authorised by the Chief Executive thereof, in accordance with section 44 of the Act.
