Regulation 2

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway, enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights in, under or over those areas of lands as are described in the Second Schedule.
