Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 13) Notification 2010

This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 13) Notification 2010.

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railways known as the East-West Line and North-East Line for Outram MRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as TS 05 Lot 00777W pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of the specified land.

A copy of the plan of the railway areas in the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 ¯(a)between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but (b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
