Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as North‑East Line for Farrer Park MRT Station, enter upon the railway area in the land described as TS18‑02853T pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the railway area in the specified land.
