Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Registered Designs (Border Enforcement Measures — Fees) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 21 November 2022.
Fees
The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Director‑General in respect of the matters set out in the first column of that Schedule.
