Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires — “birth certificate” includes a replacement birth certificate;“conveyance” means an aircraft, a vessel or a train;“death certificate” includes a replacement death certificate;“responsible person”, for a child in relation to the child’s birth registration, has the meaning given by section 8(5) of the Act;“stillbirth certificate” includes a replacement stillbirth certificate.
