Regulation 28

Cancellation of extract from record in register of stillbirths

An extract from the record of a stillbirth in the register of stillbirths that is issued to any person under these Regulations is cancelled if the Registrar‑General —

(a)

cancels the registration of the stillbirth under section 41 of the Act; or

(b)

alters the record of the stillbirth in the register of stillbirths in any way.
