This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act 1949 (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 4) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 15 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of First Schedule

In the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, in the First Schedule —

(a)

in Part 1A, in the item relating to “Section 298A”, after “298A”, insert “(as in force immediately before 15 September 2026)”; and

(b)

after Part 13, insert —“Part 14OFFENCES UNDER OTHER LAWS INCLUDED WITH EFFECT FROM 15 September 2026Maintenance of Racial Harmony Act 2025 Sections 39 and 40.”.
